Debretts Hotel, 99 - 101 Lambton Quay

Formerly called the New Occidental, the name of the pub was changed to Debretts (aka Hotel Debrett's) after being taken over by Dominion Breweries ('D.B') in 1951. Note the signage for the "Lambton Lounge", the 'higher class' lounge bar that many hotels were required to maintain as part of their liquor license.
