J. Newhouse's Newtown Fish Depot

Two storey wooden dwelling with a fishmonger's shop on the ground floor. The building still stands at 134 Riddiford Street, Newtown.

During a rental property survey undertaken in Newtown c. 1905 the following notes were made:
"Two storey wooden building, old, in fair order, containing shop, five rooms, and kitchen (scullery and washhouse combined). Rental 22/6 weekly. Occupier E. Minifie, Butcher."
