Looking over Seatoun during its early development as a suburb. Timber houses are scattered between paddocks and bush, with more properties extending up the coast of the Miramar Peninsula.
At least some of this land was owned by developer Herbert Rawson who owned farmland in the area. His own residence sits among trees towards the left of the image.
