'Old' Central Library

Description

Librarian Jane Hill and other staff members at the 'old' Central Library on the final day it was open to the public in 1991. The Central Library reopened as Te Matapihi on Victoria Street shortly after.

Jane Hill was later appointed as City Librarian.
