Te Aro Reclaimed Land : Plan of Leasehold Building Sections

A bill advertising the leasehold availability of land reclaimed by the Wellington City Council in 1889. This reclamation created the land around what was to become Civic Square as well as three blocks north bordering Victoria Street and Jervois Quay.
