Proposed layout for Wainuiomata Development Ltd

A bill advertising the sale of bonds in the 'Wainui-o-mata Development Ltd' company created to encourage the development of the Wainuiomata area in the mid-late 1920s. The proposal originally included the construction of a tunnel to help encourage the development. However, this stalled and was never fully completed to the point of being able to be used for vehicular traffic but was later used for water supply infrastructure etc.
