T.A.B Building, 298 – 310 Lambton Quay

The T.A.B ('Totalisator Agency Board') building shortly after completion in 1965. The building was designed by Travis Jarvie Smith of 'Sargent & Smith & Partners' (architects) and the photo was originally part of his collection. In 1994 the building was converted to 64 serviced apartments. The photograph is unsigned but has been attributed to Duncan Winder who specialised in commercial architectural photography in this period.
