Description

The official residence of the New Zealand Prime Minister. The building was operating as a children's dental clinic at the time this photograph was taken having been converted to this use in 1937 after Michael Joseph Savage deemed it to be too ostentatious for a prime minister's residence. It was renovated and returned back to its original purpose in 1990.
