In 2008 a decision was taken to merge the St Philips's Parish of Karori West with that of the St Mary's Karori Parish. The church buildings and land located at 415 - 423 Karori Road were subsequently sold and are now in private ownership.
Note that pages 4, 6 & 8 were printed blank and have been omitted from this digitisation. Also the that 'figure 4' (page 28) and 'figure 7' (page 48) were inadvertently transposed in the original printing.
