In 2008 a decision was taken to merge the St Philips's Parish of Karori West with that of the St Mary's Karori Parish. The church buildings and land were subsequently sold and are now in private ownership.

Note that pages 4, 6 & 8 were printed blank and have been omitted from this digitisation. Also the  that 'figure 4' (page 28) and 'figure 7' (page 48) were inadvertently transposed in the original printing.
