Crowds gather on Civic Square to see Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother on the balcony of the Muncipal Office Building (MOB) of the Wellington City Council. Photographed during the Queen Mother's tour of New Zealand 1st - 14th February 1958.

On the balcony are (left), the Mayor of Wellington Frank Kitts, (centre) the Queen Mother and (right) the Mayoress, Iris Kitts.
