"Jacobsen's" (visible distant centre-right when zoomed to 100%) was a well known draper and dressmaking business owned by Sarah Jacobsen which operated on the corner of Wilson Street and Riddiford Street from 1902 until 1937. As of 2021 this building remains in situ at 161 Riddiford Street.
