Manners Mall Fountain

Presumably purchased or commissioned by Wellington City Council.
The fountain itself was in place prior to 1989, possibly as early as 1979 when Manners Mall was pedestrianised. The form shown here (with a centre sculpture), was a later addition c. 1989.

The centre sculpture was removed in 1997 due to vandalism, and the remaining fountain was demolished in 2001.
