Murals, Arthur Street

Lower-left portion of the image is estimated to have been painted in the mid-1980's, and the mural on the right was painted in 1998 as part of a campaign against the proposed motorway bypass that would later be constructed in 2006. It was designed by Heidi Slaughter and completed by the community.
