Pierre honoured for changing our tastes

An article noting the entry of Pierre Meyer (1928 - 2016) to the New Zealand Foodservice Hall of Fame. Published in the Dominion, 10th August 1998, page 9.  Meyer first job as a chef in New Zealand was in 1959 at The Tulip established by Boyd Klap et. al. in Herbert Street.
