A bill advertising the sale of 'lots' subdivided from part of Section 5 of the former Crofton Estate in Ngaio which at the time was likely to have been under the ownership of the Aplin family. The "New Main Road" was later renamed Kenya Street, "Track in Use / Road" was formerly part of the Old Porirua Road and was renamed Crofton Road. "Abbot Road" is possibly a spelling error and is known today as Abbott Street. Imlay Crescent remains named as such and connects through to Crofton Road via a a pedestrian-only link.
