Plan of the Charming Suburb of Trelissick [Ngaio]

A bill advertising the sale of lots in the Trelissick Estate in "Crofton" (later renamed Ngaio) in 1902. Today this forms Trelissick Crescent (the area around the section labelled "E"), while the upper section of Daniell Road is today Kenya Street and the lower section is Ngaio Gorge Road. Lawrence Place is now Perth Street.
