A plan advertising the sale of new subdivided lots in 'Crofton' (since renamed Ngaio) including the main homestead of the estate established by NZ Premier, Sir William Fox. It later formed Wellington's first 'grammar' boarding school called Crofton College. You can read more about the history of this estate here.
