"Plan of Magnificent Villa Building Sections : The Hannah Estate, Khandallah"

A bill advertising the sale of housing lots subdivided from the Khandallah estate of the Wellington businessman and shoe- empire magnate, Robert Hannah. See here for further information.  The original item was donated to the Onslow Historical Society by Peter Craig Gibbons (1925 - 2020) of Boxhill in 1974.
