A booklet published by London-based firm Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) to mark the opening of their new 'International Style' building at 61 Molesworth Street in 1964. The building was designed by the pioneering Australian architectural firm of Stephenson & Turner who had opened a Wellington-based design office in 1956. It was the first modern office building in the Thorndon area when it was completed and remained in use until shortly before the 14 November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake. The building sustained serious structural damage in the earthquake and it was demolished shortly after.
