This 'mimeographed' booklet covering the early history of Wellington College was created in 1928 by two pupils attending the school, E. W Evans (script) & E.R. Renouf (illustrations). It was originally produced to be sold at a school fair held on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd of September 1928 to raise funds to buy equipment for the-then newly completed War Memorial Hall and for a proposed new playground. Of all the buildings illustrated, only the former Firth House dining hall (i.e. the dining hall of the former boarding house) remains standing.
Though it was not produced as a school jubilee history, it contains many elements similar to those publications and so has been included in this collection for consistency.
