The obituary of Renee [Madame] Louise Charlton, chef and former owner of the Le Normandie and Caprice restaurants. 

Le Normandie restaurant was at 116 Cuba Street in the Normandie Arcade. It was started in 1961 by 'Madame Louise'. On her retirement in 1973 it was sold to Drago Kovac and in 1981 to Uwe Kruger.
